We are pleased to announce that we have a great new addition to our Board of Directors. David Laizerovich joins us with more than 35 years of experience in executive management within the Information Technology, Telecom, and Cybersecurity fields.
Currently, David is COO of Conversion Squared Corporation where he is managing multiple assets of the company in different market verticals. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of Critical Watch Corporation, a cyber security SAAS Company, which was sold as part of a successful exit. Prior to that David was vice president and general manager of the advance intelligent networking telecom business of IEX Corporation, which was acquired by Tekelec Corporation. Prior to that he was President of wireless security provider Hawkeye System Corporation, which was successfully acquired by a UK company. David also served in various technical and marketing management positions within Motorola SCADA system group domestically and internationally. He holds four U.S. patents and has a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of Connecticut.
